Registration process for BESTBNB Conciergerie services

Complete the contact form in the contact section by giving us information on the characteristics of your accommodation: geographical location, reception capacity, surface area and possibly its standing. If you are already an Airbnb customer, you attach the URL to us. You can also call us by phone at the numbers indicated on the company's website on the home page or the contact section.

Once the first contact has been established with BESTBNB Conciergerie, a City Manager will contact you to set up an appointment. The visit will take place in your presence and the City Manager will ask you questions about your accommodation and explain how BestBnb works. You, on your side, ask your questions to which the City manager will answer with pleasure.

Once the visit of the accommodation is made, a commercial offer will be sent to you, with an attachment, the service contract and the standard management mandate which will allow the customer to become acquainted with all his rights and duties and the functioning of the service.

Once the parties have agreed, a service contract is signed as well as a management mandate according to the Hoguet law (France) is signed.

There are 3 employees involved in setting up the service. The City Manager who takes care of your request, he intervenes to visit your accommodation and organize a photo shoot if necessary The Hospitality Manager takes over to create the ad, optimize it and ensure its management throughout the rental process. The Concierge takes care of concierge services for your travelers. It ensures the reception, assistance and departure of travelers in the best conditions. He will also take care of the total cleaning of the accommodation as well as the cleaning of the linen.
